Writing doesn't need to feel like something you squeeze in. It can be something you return to with calm, clarity, and confidence—over and over again.
This club was created to support you through the real-life season you're in. Not by pushing harder, but by inviting you to build a rhythm that nourishes your writing and the rest of your life, too.
We help you create the time and energy to write—by gently tinkering with what keeps you stuck.
Each month, we explore a theme rooted in the current energy of our community. I (Chelene Knight) curate the theme based on what I'm seeing in our space—what folks are craving, resisting, or asking out loud. From that, I build the weekly content to meet you where you are.
You do not have to show up every day. In fact, many members dip in and out depending on their energy, schedule, or project needs. Whether you're quietly observing or actively engaging, you're still held in the rhythm of the club.
Monday

Sundays
🌚 A quiet day. You can check in if you like, or rest and restore.
Twice a season, we come together for:
Say No With Love Deepening Session — A space to reconnect with your current boundaries, your priorities, and your seasonal lens for how you want to move through life and creativity.
Say No With Love Check-In — A gentler, mid-season pulse check to assess what's shifting, what you're holding, and what you're ready to let go of.
These help you realign with your why, and ensure your writing life supports the life you're building.
Every two months, we gather for a 45-minute Creative Check-In, a space to reflect on where we are in our writing projects, how our work is evolving, and what’s shifting in our creative process. This is a chance to step back, take stock, and share insights about what’s working, what’s challenging, and what’s next.
Whether you’re deep in unstructured play, drafting, or revision, or exploring sub-phases like research, interviews, or reimagining structure, this session is for you. No pressure, no rigid structure—just a space to connect, reflect, and find momentum.

"In a world that constantly rushes us, the pressure to create on demand often results in inauthentic work. I choose to take the time to explore and understand myself and my current desires for my projects. Although I mostly work 1:1 with through my bespoke writing mentorships, I founded the Forever Writers Club to help writer gain a deep understanding of their identities and value their unique voices. By doing so, they can make strategic, creative career decisions rooted in self-awareness and authenticity."— Chelene Knight
The Forever Writers Club is a space for those who:
Value reflection, rhythm, and alignment over hustle
Want to build or return to a writing practice that feels good
Are curious, creative, and mindset-oriented
Write across genres (fiction, nonfiction, poetry, business copy, journaling, etc.)
Are navigating transitions or rebuilding their creative lives
Our members span generations, identities, and creative focuses. What unites them is an openness to reflection, a commitment to creativity, and a desire to find new ways to show up fully in life and on the page.
Step 1: You’ll receive immediate access to the private community space. When you log in, a welcome checklist will guide you through what to explore first.
Step 2: The following day, you’ll get a personal welcome email from me. In it, I’ll ask if you’d like to book a free 1:1 welcome call to help you find the best way to use your time in the club.
Step 3: You’ll begin creating your own rhythm. You can engage as little or as much as you want—and shape a schedule that matches your life, your projects, and your energy.
I'm thrilled to share a new initiative for the Forever Writers Club that focuses on building a strong sense of community and connection among members. I'll be facilitating introductions between individuals to help foster meaningful relationships outside the club, enhancing our creative journey. The more you engage and contribute, the better I’ll understand your goals and the value you place on your creative practice. This insight will allow me to connect you with the right individuals, helping you expand your creative community beyond the club.
"The club has helped me realize a dream to live as a writer. I’m now writing almost everyday or thinking about writing or the next project. I’m exploring poetry, fiction, and embodiment. The club modules, events, and community keep me engaged and curious. I particularly enjoy the prompts and mindset mondays. These collaborators awaken something in me so I often come to the page with anticipation of what might just come up and out. I see the world as a writer now and it’s just lovely to be here." - Danielle Jernigan
This space began with a single, quiet question: What would it feel like to create a writing life you want to return to again and again? That question still guides everything we do here.
The Forever Writers Club isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. We don’t make promises we can’t keep—especially when it comes to publishing. What we do offer is something much deeper: a space to explore, reconnect, and stay grounded in your creative life. This club is rooted in reflection, emotional care, and building a sustainable writing practice that’s shaped by you.
It started with a handful of writers who believed in something different. Now, it’s grown into a community that feels more like a garden—thoughtfully tended, full of variety, and always evolving.
And truly, it’s an honour to do this work alongside each and every member.
Q: Is this just for writers working on books?
Nope! Whether you're writing a novel, newsletter, poetry, grant app, or even crafting new offerings for your creative business—you're welcome here. We support the full creative life.
Q: What if I can't show up live?
That’s totally okay. Most of the content is asynchronous and designed to meet you where you are. Show up how you can—your presence matters more than your attendance. Our sessions happen at different times, but the most common live session start times are 9am, 10am, 11am (PST). In the future we hope to host evening sessions.
Q: Do I have to share my writing?
Not at all. Sharing is always optional. You can participate by reflecting, journaling quietly, joining the lounge, or simply being in the space with us.
Q: What if I’m not feeling very creative right now?
You’re in the right place. We’ve built this club for those in transition, those rebuilding trust with their writing, and those seeking a gentle return to their creative rhythm.
Q: Can I submit things other than my writing?
Yes! Our submission portal is flexible. Share anything you want thoughtful eyes on—project ideas, messaging drafts, offering outlines, or creative sparks.
